Reachquill Content respects the privacy of website visitors, prospective clients, clients, and business contacts. This Policy explains what personal information is handled through reachquillcontent.com, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
1. Scope of this Policy
This Policy applies when you visit reachquillcontent.com, submit a project request, communicate with Reachquill Content, or engage us for content strategy, social media content management, advertising campaign setup, paid advertising management, marketing copywriting, branded content creation, or content calendar and campaign planning.
This Policy does not replace project-specific privacy, confidentiality, data-processing, or platform terms contained in a signed proposal or service agreement. When Reachquill Content processes information solely on a client’s instructions for an advertising or content engagement, the client remains responsible for its own notices, permissions, audience data, and customer relationships.
2. Information we collect
Information submitted through the project guide or project form
The automated project guide may ask for a service area, project question, full name, and email address. Those answers remain in the current page session until you choose to send the request; the guide does not save them in browser storage. When you submit, the website sends the completed request to its contact endpoint for review by a person.
The separate project form may also include your telephone number, business or organization name, selected service, displayed starting price, project details, consent choice, and the page from which the request was submitted. The intake process uses a hidden anti-spam field, a short-lived signed security token, request-rate limits, and duplicate-submission checks.
Information submitted through the review form
The review form may collect your full name, email address, business or organization, selected service, rating, written review, publication-consent confirmation, source page, and an anti-spam field. A submitted review is sent for verification and moderation and is not published automatically. Reachquill Content may contact you to verify the submission or request separate approval before publication.
Project and business information
If you continue into a client relationship, we may receive brand guidelines, campaign objectives, audience descriptions, marketing materials, social platform information, content drafts, approvals, feedback, access instructions, billing records, and other information reasonably needed for the agreed work. Please do not send passwords through the website form. Secure access arrangements should be handled separately.
Technical information
Our web host may automatically record Internet Protocol address, browser and device information, requested pages, date and time, referring page, response status, and security events in its server logs. The website’s application security log records a one-way identifier derived from the requesting address rather than the raw address, together with request timing, outcome, and suspicious-event details. This information supports website delivery, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, rate limiting, and security.
Payment information
The website does not collect payment card or bank account details and does not provide online checkout. If payment is arranged for an approved engagement, invoicing and payment instructions are provided separately. A bank, invoice provider, or payment service may process payment information under its own terms and privacy notice.
3. How information is collected
We collect information directly from you, from a representative of your business, through correspondence and project tools used for an engagement, and automatically through ordinary hosting and security logs. We may also receive information from a referral source or a platform when you intentionally communicate with us there.
If you provide personal information about another person, you are responsible for having appropriate authority to provide it and for telling that person how it will be used.
4. How we use information
Reachquill Content may use personal information to:
- receive, review, and respond to project requests;
- receive, verify, moderate, and, when appropriately approved, publish client reviews;
- prepare proposals, schedules, scopes, and service agreements;
- provide content, campaign, copywriting, planning, and advertising support;
- coordinate reviews, approvals, publication, and campaign adjustments;
- send the project-request confirmation and other service communications;
- create invoices, reconcile payments, and maintain tax and accounting records;
- operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website and request process;
- detect spam, misuse, security incidents, or unlawful activity;
- protect our contractual and legal rights; and
- meet legal, regulatory, accounting, and recordkeeping duties.
We may send marketing email when you request it or when applicable law otherwise permits. Every promotional message should provide a practical method to stop future promotional email. Operational messages about a request, proposal, active engagement, invoice, or security matter are not promotional messages.
5. Advertising and client-authorized platform work
Advertising campaign services may require a client to authorize access to a selected advertising platform and to provide campaign data, audience parameters, creative material, or performance information. Reachquill Content uses that information to carry out the approved scope and does not independently use a client’s audience data to advertise unrelated Reachquill Content services.
Advertising platforms operate under their own terms and privacy notices. Clients are responsible for having the rights, notices, consents, and lawful basis needed for customer lists, tracking technology, targeting instructions, testimonials, and other data they direct us to use.
6. When information may be disclosed
We may disclose relevant information to web hosting, email, cloud storage, project management, accounting, professional advisory, creative production, and advertising platform providers that support the requested work. Providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their role and remain subject to their own agreements and legal duties.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, court process, or a valid government request; investigate fraud or security events; protect the safety, rights, or property of Reachquill Content or others; enforce an agreement; or support a financing, reorganization, acquisition, or transfer of business assets. We may disclose information at your direction or with your consent.
7. Cookies and local storage
The launch version of the website uses local browser storage only to remember that a visitor has acknowledged the cookie notice. That preference remains on the browser or device until it is cleared. The website does not install analytics or advertising cookies at launch. Ordinary hosting and security logs may still be created as described above.
Please read the Cookie Policy for more detail. If website tracking practices change, this Policy and the Cookie Policy should be updated before or when the new technology is activated, and consent or opt-out controls should be provided when required.
8. Retention and security
Information is retained for the time reasonably needed to respond to a request, provide an engagement, maintain business and tax records, resolve a dispute, enforce an agreement, protect security, and meet legal duties. Retention varies with the record and relationship. Information that is no longer reasonably needed is deleted, de-identified, or securely archived when practical, subject to lawful recordkeeping needs.
Reachquill Content uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No website, email system, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not submit passwords, payment card details, government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive data through the general project request form.
9. Your privacy choices and state rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with you by contacting us. Depending on your state of residence and whether a particular law applies to Reachquill Content, you may also have rights to receive a portable copy, learn about categories of collection and disclosure, opt out of certain targeted advertising or sales, restrict certain processing, or appeal a privacy-request decision.
We may need enough information to verify your identity and locate relevant records. An authorized agent may make a request where applicable law permits, but proof of authority and identity verification may be required. Certain records may be retained or withheld where an exception applies, such as completing a transaction, maintaining business records, protecting legal rights, or meeting a legal duty. We will not unlawfully discriminate because you made a privacy request.
At launch, no website visitor opt-out link is necessary for analytics or advertising cookies because those technologies are not installed. If the site later uses a technology that triggers a recognized opt-out right, an appropriate control should be added and supported browser-based opt-out signals should be honored where required.
10. Children’s privacy
The website and services are directed to businesses and adults, not children under 13. Reachquill Content does not knowingly collect personal information online from a child under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so the matter can be reviewed and appropriate action taken.
11. External websites and services
The website may reference platforms or websites operated by others. Reachquill Content does not control their security, availability, content, or privacy practices. Review the privacy notice of any external service before providing information to it.
12. Changes and annual review
This Policy may be updated when the website, services, vendors, data practices, or applicable law changes. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective and review dates. Reachquill Content plans to review this Policy at least once each year and sooner when a material operational change occurs.
