Reachquill Content provides custom professional services rather than ready-made digital products. Refunds therefore depend on the project stage, work completed, reserved production time, and commitments already made for the engagement.

1. Scope and order of documents

This Policy applies to Content Strategy Development, Social Media Content Management, Advertising Campaign Setup, Paid Advertising Management, Marketing Copywriting, Branded Content Creation, and Content Calendar & Campaign Planning.

A proposal, statement of work, invoice, order, or other written service agreement may contain terms specific to an engagement. If that document conflicts with this Policy, the project-specific written document controls.

Starting prices shown on the website are not charges and do not create a transaction. The website does not provide online checkout or enroll a visitor in recurring billing. A payment is requested only after the parties agree to a scope or another written arrangement.

2. Before work or scheduling begins

If a client cancels before work begins and before production time or third-party resources are committed, prepaid service fees are generally eligible to be returned. Reachquill Content may deduct work already performed at the client’s request and approved costs that cannot reasonably be canceled.

A Service Agreement may identify a deposit or reservation fee used to hold a production period. Such a fee is treated according to the written agreement. If the agreement does not clearly say that a fee is earned when scheduling occurs, Reachquill Content will determine the refundable amount based on actual work, reasonable reservation impact, and approved commitments.

3. One-time projects after work begins

A client may request cancellation at any time by written notice. After work begins, the client remains responsible for:

  • services performed through the effective cancellation date;
  • approved revisions and out-of-scope work already performed;
  • approved third-party expenses and commitments that cannot reasonably be canceled; and
  • any cancellation amount clearly stated in the Service Agreement and permitted by law.

Any remaining unearned prepaid service fee will be returned unless the Service Agreement lawfully provides otherwise. After amounts due are paid, Reachquill Content will provide completed, usable work covered by those payments when practical. Unused concepts, drafts, working files, and unpaid work remain subject to the Terms of Service and Service Agreement.

4. Monthly content or advertising management

A monthly engagement renews only as described in its Service Agreement. Unless that agreement states a different method, the client may stop a future monthly period by sending written notice to contact@reachquillcontent.com before the next billing date.

Cancellation stops future service periods. It does not automatically return a fee for a monthly period that has already begun, because planning, capacity, production work, platform review, or campaign management may already be in progress. Reachquill Content will continue the agreed service through the paid period when practical, unless the parties agree to an earlier end or work is suspended for breach, safety, legal, or nonpayment reasons.

If a monthly payment covers work that has not begun and no production time or cost has been committed, the unearned portion may be eligible to be returned. The applicable Service Agreement may provide more specific allocation or notice terms.

5. Advertising spend and platform charges

Paid Advertising Management fees cover Reachquill Content’s management work. Advertising spend is billed separately and is not part of the displayed management price. Money paid directly to an advertising platform is controlled by that platform’s billing and refund rules.

Once advertising spend has been delivered, charged, or committed to a platform, Reachquill Content cannot guarantee that the platform will return it. A client should promptly pause platform campaigns and notify Reachquill Content when ending advertising activity. Platform processing or delivery that occurs before the pause becomes effective may still be charged.

6. Other third-party costs

Stock assets, music, fonts, software, production vendors, contractors, domain or hosting services, printing, data services, and other outside costs are governed by the provider’s terms. An approved cost that has already been purchased or committed is not refundable through Reachquill Content unless the provider returns the amount. If a provider issues a return, Reachquill Content will pass through the amount actually recovered, less any lawful non-recoverable charge stated in the Service Agreement.

7. Revisions, preference changes, and campaign results

Clients should identify factual errors or scope concerns promptly and allow a reasonable opportunity to correct the work. An unused revision allowance, a change in business direction, a later change in preference, a change in market conditions, or rejection of an earlier approved direction does not by itself create a right to a refund.

Content and advertising performance depends on many factors outside Reachquill Content’s control. Lack of a particular number of impressions, clicks, leads, sales, rankings, or return on advertising spend is not by itself grounds for a refund, unless a written agreement expressly guarantees that specific result.

8. Client delay, inactivity, or missing access

If progress is delayed because the client does not provide required information, assets, platform access, feedback, approval, or payment, Reachquill Content may adjust the schedule and move the reserved production period. After reasonable written notice, a materially inactive project may be paused or closed.

When a delayed project is closed, the client remains responsible for work performed and approved commitments. Any restart fee or new schedule must be disclosed and accepted in writing before work resumes.

9. Cancellation by Reachquill Content

If Reachquill Content ends an engagement for business reasons unrelated to client breach, we will return prepaid service fees for work not performed, after deducting approved commitments that cannot reasonably be canceled. Paid completed work will be provided when practical.

Reachquill Content may end or pause an engagement for an uncured material breach, nonpayment, unlawful or deceptive instructions, infringement risk, abuse, platform-policy conflict, or material security concern. In that situation, fees are reconciled according to work performed, commitments, the Service Agreement, these policies, and applicable law.

10. How to request cancellation or a refund

Send a written request to contact@reachquillcontent.com. Provide the client name, project or invoice reference, requested cancellation date, and a short explanation. The effective cancellation date is the date Reachquill Content receives the notice unless a later date is requested or the Service Agreement provides another rule.

We may request enough information to verify the client and payment. If a return is approved, it will normally be sent to the original payment method within 10 business days after the amount is confirmed. A bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

Please contact Reachquill Content before starting a payment dispute so that billing records, scope, completed work, and platform charges can be reviewed. Nothing in this Policy removes a lawful payment-dispute right or another remedy that cannot be waived.

11. Wyoming law and policy review

This Policy is governed by Wyoming law together with the governing-law provision in the Terms of Service, subject to any consumer right that legally requires another result. Reachquill Content plans to review this Policy at least annually and sooner when service, billing, or legal requirements materially change.
